Job Description

Integrity Rehab Group is searching for Occupational Therapists / Certified Hand Therapists / Hand Therapists with upper extremity experience for our outpatient orthopaedic clinics in West Chicago Suburbs. Our hand therapists work closely with board certified hand surgeons and our larger rehab team to provide a true team approach to patient care. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring hand therapist on a CHT career path to be a part of an accomplished, collaborative team of hand therapy clinicians. Join a rehab company that is focused on providing the best in patient focused, team oriented patient care! Upper extremity and splinting experience is required.

Job Duties and Qualifications

  • The Hand Therapist will perform comprehensive upper extremity evaluations and implement treatment programs for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions
  • Therapist will educate patient, document and record the patient’s condition and provide continuing updates on patient condition and makes referrals to other treatment teams if appropriate
  • Hand Therapist on a CHT career track are welcome to apply.
  • Hand therapist must have knowledge and experience with upper extremity splinting.
  • Must be able to communicate and work collaboratively with treating physicians.
  • Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Current license in the state of practice as required or in the application process.
  • Current CPR certification.
