Being a Memory Maker as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

In this role, you will become part of the Edwardian family and work within Housekeeping in Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton

The Role

• To maintain high standards of cleanliness in all the guest rooms and throughout the hotel, by practicing and enforcing our standards for health, safety and sustainability.
• To be able to use all available information systems, to interact with customers and to understand their needs so they can better deliver to the requirements.
• To set people up to win by ensuring that all employees have the right tools, equipment, training and development to be successful in their jobs.
• To manage efficiently a team of room attendants, engaging and retaining them
• To be aware of the cost factor when managing guest supplies

Key Requirements

The Requirements

• Be passionate, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic.
• Experience as a Floor Supervisor in a 4-5 star hotel
• To be aware of Health and Safety procedures
• To be able to use technology such as optti, Opera, MMS etc
• Demonstrates understanding of the technical service skills for the housekeeping area
• Displays excellent team working skills
• Has a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
