Being a Memory Maker as a IT System Analyst

In this role, you will become part of the Edwardian family and work within Information Technology in Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow

 

To create economic value for the organisation maintaining and supporting systems that deliver productivity enhancements throughout the organization.

Responsible for the complete life cycle of new and modified IT Systems, from analysing existing arrangements to implementing systems and providing training

 

Responsibilities

Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Edwardian Hotels London experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

Communicate the relevance of new technologies to the existing operation of the business

Partner with the organization to use the new IT capabilities to enhance existing business process

Backend development, software infrastructure, severs and database management

Leverage the IT assets and extract productivity and earnings potential from them

To work with other disciplines, to define and implement the changes in business processes

To select, train and develop all staff in a way that results in a high level employee engagement

Provides Yes I Can Genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis

Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality.

 

Key Requirements

 

The Requirements

Has a deep understanding of key aspects of information technology field (hardware, software, networks, etc) that have the potential to enhance performance of the business

The ability to work to clearly defined targets which may be driven by both financial and quality measures

A team player with strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective working relationships

Has the ability to facilitate change in a way that brings about positive change with little friction to departments, people and the whole hotel operation

Good command of the English language

Has knowledge of Edwardian Hotels Londons systems and procedures

Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport with colleagues and guests

Is able to improve the decision making process by clarifying goals, sharing perspectives, identifying options and creating a way forward

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
