Being a Memory Maker as a Lobby Manager

In this role, you will become part of the Edwardian family and work within Front of House in Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow

The Role

 

  • To lead the operation of service excellence in the Concierge, Guest Relations and Reception to establish a winning and motivated guest service team and to deliver a great service experience which makes people feel special
  • To help to handle all aspects of Concierge, Guest Relations and Reception and maintains upkeep and appearance of hotel lobby and entrance
  • To train, to coach and to recognise staff
  • To research local area facilities, this may be of help and interest to guests
  • Establishes working relations with relevant ticket agencies in order to provide a comprehensive concierge service to guests
  • Ensures that guest service employees are up-to-date with local area knowledge
  • Performs other duties as required in the Service Excellence Team to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality

 

Key Requirements

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience within hotels at a 4/5 star level in a front facing role
  • Must currently be in a supervisory position or above working within a team
  • Duty Management experience is beneficial
  • Expert knowledge in complaint handling
  • Ability to train and develop members of staff around
  • Ability to problem solve and multi task
  • Opera experience is beneficial although not required
