Director of Marketing Franklin Lakes,IN full time! Newely created role.Worldwide supplier and manufacturer of orthodontic supplies.

Marketing Director will be responsible for the organization's marketing activities and oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business, as well as the promotion of our company's brands. The role will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. The director will be responsible for developing pricing strategies that will help us maximize profits and market share, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, creating promotions and develop advertising campaigns. The position will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures, as well as supporting R&D, product development efforts.

To be considered for this position, it is essential to have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications. It is also essential to have proven experience in running a marketing team, creating marketing campaigns and marketing strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities



         Overseeing marketing department and guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.

         Directing, planning, coordinating, and executing marketing efforts.

         Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.

         Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

         Overseeing implementation of the Marketing and Brand strategies - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

         Evaluating, communicating, developing, delivering, and maintaining our marketing strategy and marketing plan.

         Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products

         Developing and managing advertising campaigns.

         Overseeing social media marketing strategy, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

         Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.

         Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

         Researching, analyzing, and evaluating demand for the organization's products and services, consumer trends, and competitors.

         Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

         Identifying new customers.

         Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

         Creating and Developing promotions with sales, finance and operations.

         Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

         Work closely with product development team to define markets, personas, and needs.

Requirements



         Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,

         Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

         Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

         Understanding of public relations.

         Advanced communication skills.

         Ability to quickly adapt to change.

         Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.

         Confident, driven and dynamic leader.

         Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
