Job Description


Our client in Houston, TX seeks to add a Personalization Program Manager to our team.  This role will help lead efforts to design, develop, launch, maintain and optimize personalization campaigns across our digital landscape.  As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining customer segments and targets for multi-channel digital personalization, outlining campaigns and measuring performance.  Qualified candidates will have an established track record of launching customer-facing experiences, proficient technical ability, and excellent project management and communication skills. You should be willing to dive-deep, experiment rapidly and get things done
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and operationalize personalization technology infrastructure and platform strategy to improve existing operations, while increasing engagement and conversion.
  • Develop robust testing and campaign measurement plans.
  • Develop, test and deploy improvements to the site experience and digital cross-channel communication.
  • Evaluate data from digital advertising & analytics platforms such as, but not limited to Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics and translate data into actionable learnings & optimizations.
  • Explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via emerging tech, new vendors, platforms, and proactively deliver recommendations to management.
Required Skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Understanding of Personalization and Product Recommendation Platforms
  • In-depth experience with database segmentation and understanding of best practices for efficient and effective campaign targeting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of HTML/JS
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate methodologies
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Ability to work across environments and juggle many large initiatives with tight timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence all levels of management.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing, preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • 2 years of experience with a website RTP (real-time personalization - Evergage or GetSmart) or website testing tool (Optimizely, Evergage or something similar)For immediate Consideration please email your resume to [Click Here To Join]
