Commercial Relationship Manager


An advanced community bank in the Twin Cities market is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager, as they continue to develop throughout the Twin Cities Metro. This bank has a strong commitment to customer service, a history of promoting their professionals within, and making expeditious decisions that allow for quick turnaround on loans.


  • $80,000- $100,000 +.
  • Benefit package with: health/dental/vision.
  • 401k 6% match.


  • Step into an existing book of business of approximately $17 million.
  • In this position you will act as a customer –oriented individual that is responsible for aggressively soliciting and servicing prospective customers, producing a variety of commercial loans; as well as generating and managing a portfolio of business and corresponding relationships, while developing new accounts, and assessing risk.

  • 3-5 + years of business banking experience.
  • Business development experience.
  • Experience in the Twin Cities market.
  • Ability to assess risk.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
