Regional Credit Officer

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

  • $100,000 - $130,000 plus structured bonus plan.
  • Benefits package that includes full health, dental and vision insurance.
  • Excellent 401k.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Supervise 5 lenders plus 3 loan assistants.
  • Step into an established portfolio of around $40-$50 million, in the process of rebalancing.
  • Mix of C&I, CRE, and Commercial Development.
  • Approves loans within specified limits or refers loans to loan committee for approval.
  • Compiles loan package and facilitates negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees,

  • loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
  • Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Promotes and cross-sells other banking products and services as appropriate to customer needs.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 3+ years related supervisory and credit experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
  • 5-10 years of lending experience.
  • Strong credit experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
