Position Purpose

The successful candidate will be an experienced lead generation specialist with cold calling/emailing and meeting setting.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate maintains a positive and professional demeanor and may deal with prospects having a wide bandwidth of awareness or interest in solutions available to them. The Representative maintains a database of contacts and interfaces with the Sales professionals on a daily basis to set up qualified appointments with executives.

This position requires a self-starter, confident and determined to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drives new client relationships through active calling programs and/or email campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with varying priority.
  • Forms strong relationships with the sales team and is committed to their success.
  • Generate leads and set meetings.
  • Thorough research on leads, industry trends, and intent data.
  • Confident and adaptive in meeting daily, weekly or monthly goals
  • Develop understanding of customers and company services
  • Maintains Salesforce database with contacts (phone and email) records

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Near native English-speaking skills required
     
  • Ability to adapt to multiple platforms and systems utilized daily by the sales team.
  • Inside sales or lead generation experience calling into US prospects.
  • B2B exposure to BPO industry.
     
  • US selling experience.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, creative and adaptive.
  • Work in a dynamic environment in which all requirements are not always well defined.
  • Equally at-ease working independently or in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Qualifying questions/requirements:

Does the candidate have lead generation experience - BPO, B2B, Service Oriented?

Does the candidate have US lead generation experience?

Is the candidate willing to work in office, EST US hours?

Please note, lead generation verbal and written testing will be required from the Hiring Manager.
