IT Support Specialist Junior

The IT Support Specialist Junior will provide friendly and helpful ​

customer service as first point of contact. Will assist Help Desk ​

customers with troubleshooting of computer related issues such ​

as virus removal/password resets/email setup/software installs. ​

Maintain accurate records of completed and pending jobs using ​

the DTS ticketing system.


  • A minimum of 1 year of experience. (Preferable) ​

  • Advanced computer Skills.​

  • English level required: 60% (Minimum) ​

  • High School Diploma. ​

  • Studies in Engineering or Similar. (Preference)​

  • Strong ability to multitask.​

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.​

  • Punctual, Efficient and Organized.​

  • Schedule Flexibility.​
