As a Tier 1 Technical Support Agent, you’ll help customers understand the benefits of their product, get their devices up and running, and troubleshoot any problems that customers might be experiencing with their devices. We're looking for smart problem-solvers who love helping customers and have a proven track record of doing so.

What you'll be doing:

  • Become an expert in wireless mesh networking solutions
  • Effectively explain technical information to users of all levels
  • Respond to customer requests; replicate & troubleshoot any issues
  • Find ways for customers to get the most out of their wireless network
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams, resulting in a better customer experience

  • You can make technology seem simple to anyone
  • You’re a master of the verbal and written word

  • You’re the “go to” guy or gal among your friends when it comes to technology
  • You have a flexible schedule; day, night, weekend and holiday work is expected
