Sales Support Agent

Our client Ring is looking for dynamic Sales Support Agents, with top notch written and verbal communication skills. You must be friendly, with moderate technical aptitude and driven to maximize up sell opportunities in order to join this TSL team.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Answer product inquiries from our neighbors via inbound phone call, live chat and email channels
  • Create amazing experiences at every contact by creating comfortable, informative and positive relationships, while identifying and recommending additional products to benefit our neighbors
  • Provide complete and individualized solutions for every neighbor in consistently meet overall sales objectives
  • Meet weekly key performance metrics for promoting and selling products and services that align to our neighbors' needs

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:

  • A minimum of 1 year in a customer service and/or sales role
  • Ability to engage with customer effectively, while navigating multiple internal systems
  • Ability to develop rapport with every neighbor, in order to understand their questions/issues and provide individualized assistance, that surpasses expectations
  • Possess critical thinking and creative problem solving skills in order to drive positive neighbor experiences
  • Self awareness and self motivation, with a strong desire to constantly improve through performance metrics tracking and coaching
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent sales and customer service
  • Must be technically savvy
  • Proficiency on PC &/or + web browsers as well as a variety of call center ticketing/call tracking systems
  • Bilingual Spanish and English speaking applicants welcomed
