Director of Nursing/Wellness Coordinator(Assisted Living Facility)

We are searching for a “Forward Thinking' DON/Wellness Coordinator who wants to contribute to the health and care of our residents and drive great clinical outcomes.  We are dedicated to delivering quality clinical care - if you are a passionate and dedicated clinician who strives to improve the lives of its residents and patients every day, then we want to meet you! As a team member we require that you be a Licensed Practical Nurse with strong clinical expertise and previous DON/Wellness Coordinator experience, and in return we will offer you very competitive compensation and benefits, exceptional, tenured leadership from the Management Company as well as from the field-based Consulting teams, a stable and professional environment, and a progressive facility where resident and patient care comes first.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must have an active  LPN license, as well as the minimum qualifications listed below, that are not limited to: •        Three (3) plus years experience as a Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living Facility environment (ALF preferred)

•         A proven history of survey excellence
