Director of Labor and Ancillary Supplies (Registered Nurse)      



We are searching for a Director of Labor and Ancillary Supplies( registered Nurse)who wants to contribute to the health and care of our residents and drive great clinical outcomes.  We are dedicated to delivering quality clinical care - if you are a passionate and dedicated clinician who strives to improve the lives of its residents and patients every day, then we want to meet you!



The Director of Ancillary Services is a member of the clinical leadership team and is responsible for developing, organizing, evaluating and administering processes associated with labor management and supply control.  In addition, the Director of Ancillary Services supports and participates in the overall delivery of nursing services and ensures implementation of all clinical policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Requirements : 

  • Ability to meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English; and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to complete the required orientation as directed by the facility.
  • Has successfully completed state required background check and is eligible to work in the facility.
  • 2-3 years of nursing leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of staffing schedules and supply management.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS


  • Possess a current, unencumbered Florida State RN License
  • CPR certification
