Family & Children's Aid (FCA) is a community based social service agency offering high quality, innovative mental health care for children and their families.

FCA’s services include traditional outpatient treatment, more intensive in-home support and clinical services, group home programs for adolescents requiring a higher level of care and foster care licensing and placement services. Our offices are located throughout western and central Connecticut allowing professionals to give back to the communities in which they live and work.

We believe that the success of our services is reliant upon the education, training, passion and integrity of our employees, therefore we strive to continually develop our workforce through recruitment, supervision, advancement and in-service trainings. FCA is proud to foster a multidisciplinary team environment where collaboration between non-degreed or Bachelor’s level professionals, Master’s level clinicians, and psychiatric medical professionals is encouraged and respected.
