Job Description

Associate Medical Director of FLACRA Residential Program Services

  1. Oversight of residential medical services provided by FLACRA. 
  2. Oversight of the development and revision of medical policies, procedures and ongoing training, routing medical care, specialized services, medications, medical and psychiatric emergency care 
  3. Collaborative supervision with those supervising non-medical staff at the residential program sites, attending administrative meetings at FLACRA’s Clifton Springs offices two times per month 
  4. Review/follow up FLACRA Residential Incident Reports.
  5. Participate on FLACRA Incident Review Committee.
  6. Supervision of medical staff in the performance of services at the residential sites, meeting with members of the medical staff as needed, holding weekly residential staff meeting and responding to questions from members of the medical staff, physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
  7. Participation in FLACRA monthly Provider meeting.
  8. Ensuring the programs compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
