Job Description

THERAPY AIDES: Full Time/Part Time/ Per Diem positions in FLACRA’s Residential programs. CCBHC is a two-year grant to support the increase in access to and improvement of the quality of community mental health and substance use disorder treatment provided. This role will require the provision of person- and family- centered integrated services and must provide 24/7 access to community-based behavioral and physical health care. Duties • Identifies and provides updates on all organizations, regulations, policies, programs and initiatives related to grant implementation use during the grant period; works with Evaluator to provide regular reports to SAMHSA through SPARS • Manages all grant-related communication with local partners, key stakeholders and with local press, and keeps the advisory board informed of any local developments that may impact engagement with provided services • Manages administrative tasks related to project, including office space, equipment, management of documentation. Oversees grant budget and staffing. • Works with Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCO) to assure ongoing partnership and continuity of care. • Works with Staff Development to identify, schedule and support training for implementation and expansion of Evidence Based Practices. • Monitors data supporting the growth, utilization and quality of care provided for all CCBHC clients. • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

•         Master’s in public health, public administration, social work or related field and minimum 2 years of project related management experience or equivalent education and experience

•         Knowledge of health service systems in county
