the Senior Director of Operations – Monroe Region will be responsible for program growth, operational success, and expansion of new service lines in the Monroe County region. This includes oversight of the regional mental health outpatient clinic, HCBS service lines, and care management service lines currently in operation with varies degrees of direct supervision of staff dependent on program need. The following duties will apply:
Duties
1. Facilitates motivational team building and group supervision through working with program leadership.
2. Provides direct supervision for program leadership on a regular basis by various audits and observations.
3. Complete staff evaluations as prescribed by the agency.
4. Lead and participate in general, staff, in-service, community partnership, and supervisory meeting.
5. Maintain required reporting, records and statistics as developed and directed.
6. Develops and maintain positive and effective relationships with community groups, referral sources and service agencies.
7. Recruits, screens and interviews prospective staff. Assess staff training needs and assist in the development of those needs.
8. Participate in community presentations and training programs.
9. Training of all new direct reports.
10. Assure coordination of care including appropriate follow up with referral sources.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures as well as new/yet developed service lines.
12. Will utilize a collaborative approach with all leadership and programs.
13. Perform other duties and functions as directed.
