About Us

At Fundamental, when one person cares for another, it’s more than a profession. It’s a relationship. One based on experience as well as empathy. It is a blending of high-tech with high-touch. It is a relationship nourished by understanding. We seek to understand each patient as the person he or she is; keeping in mind not only the individual’s health needs, but moreover, the individual as a whole.

With this core philosophy, we seek to help patients and their families through what can be a very emotional decision-making process. We provide guidance and consultation on everything from how to choose the facility that’s right for you to providing resources that help you cope with the nature of the decision itself.
