CBO Insurance Billing Specialist

Fundamental Administrative Services’ Central Billing Office located in North Richland Hills is searching for experienced Billing Specialists to work with our in house central business office team!

About the Opportunity

Be part of a specialized team of professionals whose goal is to support the billing and collections functions of a group of long term care facilities in Texas!

Responsibilities:

The CBO Insurance Billing Specialists will work closely with skilled nursing facilities on Accounts Receivable Reviews, Cash Collections, Billing and all other duties necessary to meet and or exceed monthly cash goals.

Accomplish tasks of gathering pertinent information to be able to resolve difficult billing situations to assure all month end billing has been corrected and released. Ensure all co-insurance has either crossed over or been billed. Assist client facility business office managers with getting claims released when the situation calls for it. Make calls to insurance carriers, follow up on claims/project issues. Billing and processing of Insurance claims.

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.

Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively. One to three years of experience in healthcare setting in a billing position.

Preference will be given to candidates with current  Insurance/Managed Care billing experience. Must be a team player!

 

CANDIDATES WITHOUT RECENT INSURANCE/MANAGED CARE  BILLING EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
