Clinical Marketing Liaison

Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC is searching for a talented Clinical Marketing Liaison to direct our marketing efforts in the Dallas (Baylor Hospital) area!

The Clinical Marketing Liaison is responsible for census development for facilities through direct sales contacts with physicians, physician groups and physician organizations, key hospital staff, managed care organizations, appropriate external and internal case managers.

The Clinical Liaison conducts clinical field evaluations of patient referrals. The Clinical Liaison is also responsible for marketing and the development of relationships with physicians, discharge planners and other medical professionals. Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Clinical Liaison is responsible for assessing the needs of assigned referrals. Based on needs assessments, develops solutions that meet identified needs, which result in inpatient and/or outpatient referrals.

 

Essential Functions (summary):

Exemplify a working knowledge of the facility levels of care provided by the network, special programs and designated network referral priorities.

Maximize the number of referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, managed care organizations and other local market sources in order to meet sales plan goals.

Coordinate and maintain up to date information on market area and competitors including pricing, census information, product information and sales strategies.

Perform pre-admission assessments, communicate and educate patients, families and consumers on programs and services.

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

RN, LVN or RT – must have valid Texas state license

Ability to utilize both local and facility resources in the execution of job responsibilities.

Minimum of two years in health care sales

Must have marketing experience in healthcare marketing (long term care experience preferred)

Candidate must be able to travel via personal automobile (proof of insurance)
