Clinical Services Director – LTACH/Behavioral Health

Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of our long term acute care hospitals (LTACH) and acute behavioral health hospital. Specialty hospitals are located in Nevada and New Mexico.


Responsible for assisting assigned hospitals to comply with appropriate state, federal, and The Joint Commission guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Works with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient centered programming. Assists facilities with the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures.



  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of The Joint Commission survey process and CMS rules of participation
  • Three to Five years of experience with primary focus in acute long term care (LTACH) or acute care or an appropriate mix of both

Acute Psychiatric (behavioral health) experience required

Multiple site management experience a plus.

  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) , BSN, Masters Degree in Nursing or Business preferred with a valid state RN license.


Must be able to travel extensively by air and personal automobile. Facilities located in New Mexico, Nevada and others as assigned.
