Clinical Services Director – Nevada & New Mexico

Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of client skilled nursing facilities in Nevada and New Mexico.  Use your long term care expertise to consult/train/troubleshoot! 

Clinical Services Director reports to Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. Will collaborate with Regional Vice President, Administrators and DONs within the assigned region. Leads facility and regional personnel associated with clinical services staff and interdisciplinary resources through proactive and reactive quality interventions to improve quality care delivery, customer satisfaction and survey results.

Fosters positive nursing leadership support network

Spreads performance improvement initiatives within region.

Assists assigned facilities to comply with appropriate state, federal guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Works with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient centered programming. Assists facilities with the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
  • Five years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a long term care environment

Previous Nurse Consultant experience highly preferred.

  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) , BSN preferred with a valid TX RN license.

 

Must be able to travel extensively by air and personal automobile. Facilities located in  Central Texas – Must live in New Mexico.

Must be able to provide driving record and have proof of insurance
