About the Position:

Culinary Arts is a calling, a passion. Our residents and patients look forward to their meal times and have high expectations of our nutrition staff. We are searching for an experienced manager to lead our nutrition staff to excellence. Utilize your background in management, culinary arts and customer service to inspire our team to continue a quality dining experience.

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Dietary Manager, long term care experience preferred
  • Minimum of two+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility
  • Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
  • Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
