Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor will work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment. Responsible for supervising licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our patients and residents
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state of - TX
  • Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
  • Must be able to relate information concerning a patient’s condition
  • Must be CPR certified
