Skilled Nursing Sales Representative

 

Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC is searching for a talented Skilled Nursing Sales Representative to work with a number of skilled nursing centers in the Fort Worth/Tarrant County area.

 

The SNF Sales Representative is responsible for census development for multiple client facilities through direct sales contacts with community leaders, community organizations, physicians, physician groups and physician organizations, key hospital staff, managed care organizations, appropriate external and internal case managers and other organized groups such as Chambers of Commerce, Senior Citizens Centers, and others.

 

Essential Functions (summary):

Exemplify a working knowledge of the facility levels of care provided by the network, special programs and designated network referral priorities.

Maximize the number of referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, managed care organizations and other local market sources in order to meet sales plan goals.

Coordinate and maintain up to date information on market area and competitors including pricing, census information, product information and sales strategies.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

Ability to utilize both local and facility resources in the execution of job responsibilities.

Minimum of two years in health care sales

Must have marketing experience in healthcare marketing (long term care experience preferred)

Must be able to utilize MS Outlook, Word and Excel for reporting, scheduling, and tasks associated with managing a territory.

Candidate must be able to travel via personal automobile (must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance)
