Position Overview & Responsibilities

Catering Manager responsibilities include planning food menu and coordinating food preparation. To be successful in this role, you should  have work experience in catering or hospitality and solid organizational abilities. Sales duties include, but are not limited to booking, follow through with customers from initial inquiry, generating catering invoices and reviewing them to make sure all information is complete and correct.

Position Requirements

  • Work exp as Catering, Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Great Customer Service attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances
  • Strong Multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility to work during weekend& holidays
  • NY Food Safety Protection / Serve Safe is plus
  • Certification in Hostility or culinary management is a plus
  • Degree in Hospitably or Culinary is a plus
