Position Overview & Responsibilities

    • Oversee operational and financial performance of at least 6-12 restaurants
    • Financial impact on the organization of at least $15 M - $30 M
    • Direct reports of at least 6-12 GM/MP, 12 AGM's, 25 Managers and 500 Crew Members
    • Proven abilities to mentor and develop direct reports
    • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting new talent
    • Visible Career Progression (Small steps back in career are acceptable if explained fully)
    • Ability to decipher P&L and create plans around financial performance improvement
    • Opened new restaurants
    • Driven local community marketing activity

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a food service Multi-unit
  • High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-3+ years multi-unit management experience; with a national chain preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership position preferred
  • Multi-restaurant management experience in a quick-service or full-service chain restaurant organization preferred
