Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate, energetic and motivated multi-unit managers to join a growing brand in the Los Angeles market. You will be responsible for multiple quick-casual restaurants in a variety of formats. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to provide direct management through on-site visits and analysis of reports. You should have a passion for guest satisfaction and a talent for achieving financial results. Strong P&L knowledge and financial acumen is a must! Develop and mentor your team to drive results while providing exceptional product and service to your guests. If you are ready to prove yourself and show your potential as a multi-unit manager, this is the perfect role for you! The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple restaurants but does not need to have decades of experience- this is a somewhat entry-level multi-unit role with huge potential for the future. Your salary will be up to $65,000 plus fantastic benefits. Position Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years with multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant industry or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong supervisory and organizational skills
  • Consistent demonstration of leadership skills in operations, people development, and sales & profitability
  • Proven history of strong P&L management and reporting
  • Demonstrated commitment to consistently delivering a positive guest experience and ability to execute local restaurant marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and restaurant accomplishments
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
