Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides multi-dimensional complex administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle for Hartford Healthcare. The Executive Assistant will need to work in a manner which requires self-direction, independence, discretionary judgment and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide proactive, efficient, and accurate executive level administrative support
  • Prepare summaries and analyses of information including the consolidation of input from reporting units. 
  • Create and prepare correspondence, reports and presentations using most advanced Microsoft Office applications
  • Coordinate details of projects and information gathering activities of reporting teams and business operations
  • Organize complex meetings involving system leadership
  • Prepare materials, and attend meetings and draft minutes as required
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across HHC and understands reporting relationships in order to manage work.
  • Organize and maintain files for senior leadership in a complete, accurate and timely fashion, and suggest changes to system to meet changing needs.
  • Screen correspondence, calls and visitors and respond to complex inquiries, initiates proactive and independent action or refers to higher authority when appropriate. #HHC

Job Requirements

● Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred  
● Three (3) to Five (5) years’ progressive experience in senior leadership level administrative support in large operational organization

● Advanced computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets) and technologies supporting business operations.

● Excellent verbal & written communication skills including drafting memos, presentations, reports
