Job Description

The Clinical Specialist (CS) will be responsible for the implementation and training of the Company's novel, blood-loss accounting system to all new and existing customers. The CS will serve as the Clinical product expert responsible for developing greater customer depth in both product and clinical understanding. Role and Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstration and clinical education to accounts to increase customers understanding and proficiency of Triton

• Lead post-sales activities, including implementation, product education, in-servicing and ongoing support

• Demonstrate solid understanding of the system

• Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve

• Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of Triton within the assigned region

• Support regional sales strategy working with sales team to achieve business plans through lead generation and pre-sale clinical evaluations and demonstrations

• Provide support to key decision makers and clinicians throughout the assigned region

• Collaborate and share best practices and other key insights to help maximize the entire teams effectiveness and efficiency

• Support Sales and Engineering by appropriately communicating customer feedback and field product performance Qualifications and Educational Requirements An individual must be able to perform each essential job responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of knowledge, skills and/or abilities needed.

• Prior education and training experience in operating room or labor delivery desired

• Demonstrated ability to articulate highly technical information to a diverse audience

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Ability to travel overnight by auto, train, or aircraft 50-75% of the time. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift equipment weighing approximately 75 lbs. Ability to install equipment on-site.
