Marketing Communications Manager Position Summary The Marketing Communications Manager is a key member of the company's marketing organization, developing and executing marketing communications programs to support product and company message and positioning. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this person will work closely with the product management team, others within marketing, and the global commercial organization to ensure successful product launches and effective sales support. This position is based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional project management skills and ability to digest complex problems, identify key issues, discover creative solutions, and determine the optimal approach to an assignment. Success in this position demands excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as a results orientation and abilities to collaborate, multi-task and effectively prioritize. We are a venture-backed startup developing solutions in the space where artificial intelligence meets Medical Imaging and Healthcare. As the first mover in this space, We have a unique opportunity to establish a strong foothold in the market with our high-performance informatics technology platform. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high impact go-to-market activities and promotions to achieve the companys business objectives for market leadership and revenue growth.

• Execute assigned marketing communications programs to drive demand for the company's solutions and build brand awareness, preference and loyalty including product literature, sales collateral, customer success stories, customer and sales channel education content, website content, etc.

• Collaborate closely with product marketing, clinical operations, sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and consistency in brand messaging.

• Create finished written content for sales collateral, customer case studies, website, customer presentations, webinar descriptions, email content and other marketing output.

• Develop understanding and knowledge of the industry and customer segments, their needs and requirements to support the company's commercial success.

• Manage social media programs.

• Collaborate with the companys graphic design lead to manage the sales collateral system and marketing communications graphic assets. Values

• 4+ years of experience in marketing communications with an emphasis in healthcare technology preferred.

• BA/BS. degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or comparable qualifications.

• Experience in cardiology, oncology, radiology marketing preferred.

• Solid writing and content development skills.

• Strong project management skills, driving marketing programs and campaigns to completion in a timely, efficient fashion.

• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills. Collaborative.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, on multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines both as a team member and autonomously. Able to manage competing internal client demands, and to accept constructive criticism and feedback.

• Quick learner of in-depth product knowledge, systems and processes.

• Passion for advancing the care of patients and the experience of healthcare professionals.

• Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards and comfort level in a changing environment.

• Available to travel as needed.
