Job description Optics Micro-Assembly Technician Employer is looking for several highly qualified and motivated Optics Micro-Assembly Technician to work on-site with us in Redmond Washington. This is a permanent position that will see the ideal candidate working alongside industry-leading talent in a world-class environment. There are multiple openings. Job Description

• Be part of the team in automated or manual assembly.

• Manufacture optical micro-devices in support of internal customers.

• Responsible for the quality and consistency of the parts.

• Work closely and professionally with engineering, trainers and operators to assure the quality of the optical micro-devices.

• Handle delicate and sensitive materials in various form.

• Use manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick and place, epoxy dispense or manual assembly tools. Qualifications

• The ability to work in an ESD clean room environment.

• Ability to handle and process multiple materials.

• Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts.

• Experience with micro-assembly is desired

• Experience with microscopes is desired

• Proficient computer skills.

• Skilled coordination/multitasking.

• Ability to handle delicate products.

• Team communication and collaboration.

• Good verbal and written communication skills The work must be done on-site, so telecommuting will not be possible. Please submit your resume with salary requirements.
