Job Title: Senior Global Product Manager - GP Channel Senior Global Product Manager Ortho Channel Department: Global Marketing Product Portfolio SUMMARY We are seeking talented Senior Product Managers to join Align Technologys global team at the Silicon Valley headquarter location in San Jose, CA. Align is a rapidly growing medical device company that is transforming the orthodontic industry for patients, orthodontists, and dentists around the world. Maker of Invisalign clear aligner system and iTero intraoral scanners, Align Technology is leading the way in defining the future of digital orthodontics and dentistry. We are looking for forward-thinking, passionate, and driven marketing professionals to join our teamand help us move the industry forward. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for translating customer needs/ business opportunities into a compelling product vision and market changing product solutions The product manager works closely with RD/ IT/ Doctors to deliver product innovations that have the power to significantly expand applicability, improve clinical outcomes, while improving efficiency and ease of use for doctors and patients. The product manager will own key strategic and tactical decisions related to the product solution. S/he is responsible for recommending/ executing a roadmap that meet business objectives and ensure long-term market leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in medical device marketing and a proven track record in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. The product manager must be able to align and influence diverse perspectives without direct authority. A passion for product, strong customer orientation, and a data-driven approach to problem solving are also highly desired for the role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate customer/market needs into a compelling product vision and market-changing product solutions/iterations

• Create and prioritize product features/requirements based on customer input, internal capability, competitive considerations, etc.

• Partner closely with channel marketing to ensure channel/regional needs are met

• Ensure optimal customer/KOL interaction in the development process. Apply learnings to current and future product releases Assess/ validate impact of new product concepts including investment needed and expected volume impact.

• Partner closely with RD/IT to ensure alignment and realization of business requirements during the development process

• Assess post-market performance through product analytics and user feedback; make recommendations for enhancements

• Work collaboratively with peer product managers to ensure connectedness across product lines

• Assess and make recommendations re. emerging technologies that have high potential.

• Cultivate strong relationships across Align business groups to understand and connect capabilitiesin order to extend solutions and enhance value delivered

• Serve as champion and subject matter expert on the product - lead/support communication and training for products across the organization Create and execute annual operating plan for product, aligning with global channel marketing and RD/IT. • Leadership ability to influence others, without authority, to drive change EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 5+ years relevant experience and has successfully performed essential duties and responsibilities listed above in a previous position (channel focus with a balance of strategic and execution roles). BS or BA or equivalent experience required; graduate degree such as MBA highly desired. Experience in a global product role is required. Experience in leading cross functional team(s) is required. Mix of experience in large multi-national companies and small companies is desired. Medical device experience is desired. Experience in academy-type marketing development programs preferred (Procter Gamble, Johnson Johnson, Unilever, Clorox, 3M, etc.). Proven success with matrix organizationsresults delivered consistently with a working style that is effective with cross-functional peers.
