Medical Customer Service Rep Daily Responsibilities:
  • The Medical Customer Service Rep will be responsible for answering inbound customer service calls and make some outbound follow up calls in a professional, service-oriented manner. Answer the calls timely without drops/abandons.


 Medical Customer Service Rep Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • High level of inbound/outbound calls (60+ per day)
  • 6mo-1 yr + Healthcare Environment
    • Medical Terminology

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally & electronically (emails)
  • Must have good Computer skills
  • Must have ability to multitask (talk & type at same time)


Hours for this Position:

Shift: 32 hours a week (6.5 HR Shift M-F); shift starts at 9 am, 9:30 am or 10 am
