About the Opportunity:

You will be the strategic partner to Honda Aircraft Company’s leadership for sourcing top talent for professional and technical roles. This role is also responsible for partnering with HR leaders to drive disciplined selection processes, and promoting the Honda Aircraft Company employment brand in the appropriate talent pools.

Your Key Responsibilities


  • Work proactively with Honda Aircraft Company leadership to identify future staffing needs of the organization.
  • Strategically target professional organizations, talent communities, and other networks to build a pipeline for future staffing needs
  • Network within appropriate talent pools to build relationships with candidates in the aerospace and adjacent industries.
  • Attend university career fairs and other industry events to build relationships with prospective candidates and the institutions where they study.
  • Maintain an actionable database of candidates in Taleo for future and current staffing needs.


  • Designs and adheres to disciplined screening processes for approved technical and professional positions.
  • Monitors the selection process along with HR and Business leaders to assigned roles.
  • Stays in touch with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Consults with HR and Business leaders on interview and selection methodologies as needed.
  • Through a consultative partnership with HR and business leaders, ensures that candidates receive timely feedback and dispositioning.


  • Manages relationships with technical schools and universities to enhance the Honda Aircraft Company employer brand.
  • Along with Business Leaders qualifies new institutions to be Honda Aircraft Partners in order to gain access to new talent pools and enhance our Employer Brand.
  • Maintains social media presence across a strategically selected network of social media communities and professional networks.

Who You Are:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or other related field. You are comfortable analyzing metrics, improving processes, and thinking analytically. You also are comfortable partnering with senior leaders in both corporate functions and technical leadership roles.
