Job Description

We are searching for a Design Engineer who will be responsible for design of Interior Trim components, managing project schedules, and creating a part design concept to satisfy customer, project and technical requirements.

Daily tasks include:

  • creating and explaining 3D and 2D data and layouts
  • calculating component parts' cost, weight, and investment
  • problem item investigation and resolution
  • coordinating development projects with other departments, suppliers, and manufacturing Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required.  Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.     

Requirements of the position include:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineer or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other technical software
  • Excellent communication / personal skills
