Job Description

Machine Operator in a fast pace environment with quality and safety prioritized.  Flexibility to learn new processes and equipment, measure and judge quality, make tool adjustments, and upkeep machines to ensure production.

  • Operate in a safe and productive manner while utilizing equipment to complete job tasks.
  • Ability to identify potential quality issues during process and communicate to leadership.
  • Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, machine recovery, and quality checks.
  • Communicate with a team.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Assist in various machine preventive maintenance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


 

 

  • High school education or GED preferred and able to provide evidence of any degrees with application
  • Minimum one to three years related experience.
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds.  
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
  • Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Consistently at work and on time.
