About the Opportunity:
You will take on key “behind the scenes” duties to support all Part 145 Repair Station functions and allow the Inspectors and Technicians focused on what they do best - aircraft maintenance.  You will support internal and external customers to make sure that strong communication lines exist and key targets are exceeded on a daily basis.  
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for internal and external quotes, billing and invoice generation.
  • Plan and schedule work being performed in the Service Center.
  • Create and issue Work Orders and Work Packages in our ERP.
  • Plan, order, and receive materials for Work Orders and Work Packages.
  • Submit and track warranty and service claims.
  • Maintain inventory of non-aircraft materials for the Service Center.
Who You Are:
You have an Associate’s degree or higher in Business or a related function along with 2 years of experience in a Service Center or maintenance facility working with materials, billing, and/or claims. You have strong Microsoft Office skills and prefer experience in SAP or another ERP as well.
