About this position:

The In-House Production Planner responsible for the scheduling, tracking and inventory control of a production area. Executing activities and tasks to ensure inventory levels are met to prevent production downtime to the next manufacturing process.  Provide review and follow-up with management on Production simulations and demand concerns. Maintain activity production instructions as well as production KI plans. Plan and schedule Service Part production and shipments to our customers. Ability to work with department leaders to solve potential/actual production issues 

Your responsibilities:

  • Basic business knowledge concerning production planning
  • Basic understanding of transportation and logistics
  • Supply Chain knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Inventory Control
  • Fundamentals of project management
  • Generating and Issuing Daily & Monthly Schedules
  • Production Progress Tracking and Inventory Control
  • Demand Confirmation and Investigation
  • Troubleshooting Material Flow Issues
  • LTS - Monthly Issuance

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Ability to work in an open office environment.
  • Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 months Production Planning or related experience and/or related course work 

Required Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business (Supply Chain Mgt/Industrial Management), or equivalent experience.
