About the Opportunity:
You will lead Honda Aircraft Company’s Inventory Management Team to support the HondaJet world-wide customer base, the HondaJet global dealer network, and the Greensboro Service Center. You will manage inventory strategies, materials planning and forecasting, returns management, and vendor recovery process to ensure all HondaJet’s in the field are fully operational.  Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the inventory strategy, including rotable and rental inventory, to optimize inventory levels to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage and collaborate with the Technical Support, Supply Chain Management and Quality teams to drive countermeasures for any underperforming material or supplier challenges, including vendor recovery processes.
  • Prioritize and adjust strategic plans and initiatives according to organizational, regulatory, and market drivers (e.g., new product developments, continuous improvements, etc.).
  • Manage and develop your team through recruitment, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating, and ensuring (24/7) on-call support.
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field and 5 years of experience across planning/forecasting customer demand, rotable inventory, and/or vendor recovery. You enjoy leading others and have experience leading direct reports or leading projects. You have used SAP to perform your work, or another ERP system.
