This position will sit at our Clarence, NY site.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Embraces and models the company's culture and ensures the candidate experience and selection decisions are reflective of the culture and values.
  • Develops a strong understanding and acumen for the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and it's execution within the specific product category or functional group(s) assigned, including workforce planning techniques, requisition and candidate management processes, onboarding and internal mobility philosophies, etc.
  • Develops close partnership and understanding of Product Category and functional, business, roles and locations to support the execution of consistent INTEGER Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Manages recruiting lifecycle for all levels and roles within assigned product category or functional group, including employer promotion in the marketplace, as well as candidate pipelining and compliance outreach activities.
  • Sources candidates through innovative methods including targeted advertising, advanced booleon logic applications, partnerships, social media, industry networking, key professional organizations, selective agency partnerships etc. Explores and develops new sourcing methods, including diversity sourcing, to proactively identify talent. Capitalizes on trends and opportunities in our industry.
  • Executes on any talent acquisition roll-out activities specific to their product category or functional group(s), including but not limited to Manager and HR trainings, Interview training, targeted partnerships, strategic workforce planning, career fairs and other recruitment events, etc.
  • Responsible for tracking and performing against TA team and individual metrics, including but not limited to, Time to fill, Time to hire, Quality of hire, etc. Partners with HR and Hiring Managers on position specifications, ensuring detailed information on job requirements, skill requirements, and essential job functions to source top talent and collaborates to develop a recruitment strategy.
  • Provides guidance, strategizes and makes recommendations to managers and HR to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes.
  • Champions enhancing the candidate's experience including: supporting the interview process, communicating total rewards package, and providing timely and appropriate feedback to internal and external candidates.
  • Checks credentials (such as NDAs) as necessary and coordinates with HR and Corporate Compensation when presenting offers.
  • Consistently monitors and ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Local Agencies. Maintains current knowledge of FLSA, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in Corporate HR/Recruitment, Agency or Sales environment supporting multi-level recruitment or the expertly demonstrated experience to successfully carry out daily responsibilities and accountabilities

Knowledge & Skills

  • Special skills: Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills; highly collaborative team-player that strives for mutual success and demonstrates a sense of urgency; versatile and able to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously; demonstrated experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook; successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Specialized Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking tools; Solid experience in using recruiting technology platforms and sourcing techniques (i.e. advanced Boolean search logic); medical technology or medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Other: Experience with ATS systems and OFCCP compliant recruitment practices
