Job Description

Position Summary
As the leader of the Key Account team for Belgium, you are responsible for delivering the profitable growth of our Key Accounts in both the short & mid-term, assigning strategic targets & sales, & expanding relationships with our strategic customers. You are leading and growing the KA team to be a high performing team to serve Key Account management excellence.



Key responsibilities: 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our target markets, being Electricians & Installations, Dryline, … to build our growth strategies and a strong long-term relationship with our customers
  • Detect and develop a mid-long term pipeline of strategic projects leading to specific opportunities with current or future solution portfolio. Organizing strategic initiatives are part of your available assets for this pipeline development.
  • You perform regular review meetings with the key account organization to review the current business and preview the future potentials.
  • Responsible for 1 or 2 critical accounts to deliver profitable growth & business plan
  • As a people manager you focus on the team members’ self-development, and bringing them to a higher level of autonomy, to get strong and common team results, with the corresponding KPI’s and their priorities
  • You perform regular review meetings with the key account organization to review the current business and preview the future potentials.
  • You stimulate accountability on KA level within agreed strategic plan.

Job Requirements


  • Experience in key account management position – minimum 7 years
  • Proven track record in establishing strong & long-term customer relationships
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills
  • Proven track record in leading, developing & engaging a team
  • Strong communication & interpersonal relationships, at all level across the organization
  • Growth & Strategic mindset: Create a vision & strategic customers plan
  • Strong leadership influence
  • Ability to deal with data & complexity & making the links/connecting the dots
  • Has a positive drive and take initiative
  • Ability to challenge status quo & be a game changer
  • Poised, alert, yet structured & organized
  • Education: master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field


Travel:  Able to travel in and outside the country

Language: NL/FR/English
