Job Description

Title: Sales/Replenishment Analyst ITW Global Brands (ITWGB)

Reports to: National Account Manager

Location: Bentonville, AR


This person will work with the National Account Manager (NAM), ITW Supply Chain and Walmart Replenishment to provide analytical support in sales and replenishment.

This individual will identify and communicate sales opportunities and enable the team by developing and providing proactive comprehensive analysis to take advantage of distribution, pricing, promotional, and competitive opportunities. This person will assist the NAM with weekly reporting, promotional tracking, and presentation development, coupled with the necessary sales support.  

This position is responsible for optimizing ITW’s in-stock position with Walmart by working with Walmart replenishment to gain alignment on replenishment strategies and goals.  This position will provide insightful analyses of store in stock levels, inventory positions, replenishment and assist with ITW’s item forecasting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with National Account Manager (NAM) to share weekly POS trends and monthly market data to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business at Walmart and within industry
  • Effectively analyze trends along with providing recommend “action steps” to achieve volume and share growth
  • Weekly / Monthly Reporting: Provide all requested information in an accurate timely manner.
  • Analyze data to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning, and post-promotion analysis to measure promotion effectiveness.
  • Provide accurate sales data and insights to account manager for Line Reviews, annual strategy meetings and other customer meetings.
  • Provide CPFR/Forecasting support for multiple categories
  • Build collaborative forecasts with NAM and internal demand planning team to maximize sales, ensure availability of stock and forecast accuracy
  • Execute to established in-stock levels, inventory positions and POS trends by working with Walmart's replenishment team on adjustments to settings or forecast levels within Retail Link
  • Develop positive working relationships with our Walmart and internal partners.


  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of business experience in Replenishment, Sales, or Category Management.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong technical skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Retail Link.  Experience with ACNielsen or NPD a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills.  Ability to analyze POS sales and shipment data to determine and communicate meaningful insights to Walmart sales team.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated.  Ability to think in advance and provide recommended next steps based on the data provided
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities & projects effectively at once
  • Attention to detail, and organizational/ time management skills
  • Strong ability to communicate with all levels of employees located throughout organization.
  • Proven ability to build strong team relationships and build credibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Skilled at identifying and leveraging a variety of insights to identify, develop & assess new opportunities.
  • Proven skills in building relationships & collaboration.
