Basic Description:

The Supply Chani Co-Op is designed to give a student the hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations and assist with projects and research that bring in cost savings or revenue opportunities.

Essential Functions:

  • Involvement in Material Procurement
  • Expedite parts as necessary
  • Aid in correcting supplier problems
  • Creating improvement action plans for our vendors
  • Issue corrective action requests to ensure supplier quality
  • Ensure Market Rate of Demand ordering process is set correctly

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least junior year of college majoring in Business or Operations
  • Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
  • Self-directed, results-oriented and customer focused
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with the ability to be proactive in recognizing improvement opportunities are necessary
