Alpine is seeking a regional Software Consultant Lead.  In this role you will manage and lead a team of software consultants to deliver exceptional support and service to our customers.

This position is a key role within the Solutions Delivery team and will work in coordination with our sales team to enable our team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software consultants.
  • Manages, coaches and develops team to drive change and accountability.
  • Ensure team is fully trained in the Alpine suite of software products. 
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, manage dependencies and facilitate collaboration between sales, help desk and the other software consultants.
  • Drive best practices and consistency within the software consultant team.
  • Collaborate with sales, help desk and product managers to identify and correct customer pain points.
  • Ensure team members are contributing towards Alpine’s short and long-term strategic goals
  • Provide metrics and regular status updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role for technical team members
  • Strong presentation skills
  • SQL knowledge and familiarity with database and programming languages
  • Prior knowledge/expertise with Alpine software strongly preferred.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and strong analytical skills.
