Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Conducts regular calls/visits, presentation updates & group sales meetings to customers (Pharmacies - Wholesalers) in order to promote the value of CH products, through POS promotions and merchandising that is impactful and insight driven with the purpose of ensuring sales growth in his/her area.
  • Participates in congresses and educational events to promote organization’s products and strengthen brand.
  • Processes customer orders and/or inquiries in a timely manner. Responds to customer issues effectively.
  • Creates reports, maintains CRM data, analysis, ad hoc presentations and insights regarding territory status, the market and competition to improve understanding of customers. Recommends actions based on market data for his/her area of responsibility.
  • Supports new product and business development activities.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the efficacy and relevant usage for Bayer products in the category, major competitors, key product features and benefits for the customer/HCP.

ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ

 Who you are

  • Preferable university Degree on health/life sciences
  • Master Degree will be an asset
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both in written & verbal) 
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience with relative HCPs or as a Sales Rep in a reputable company
  • Significant experience in driving sales and key accounts for a multinational or major local company
  • Excellent communication skills and customer insights 
  • Team player & goal oriented
  • Excellent presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Business acumen, innovative thinking and passion to deliver great results
  • Adequate digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
  • Commercial Capabilities: Selling, POS Execution, Negotiation
  • Travelling required

Our selection process
