Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the achievement of quantitative and qualitative recording objectives
  • In case of difficulty or anomaly, analyse and alert in a structured way to involve the stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the processing quality and the compliance with customer relations standards
  • Detect calls with the specified requirements
  • Participate in the control and validation process of quality grids
  • Provide productivity reports and KPI trends to the Support teams managers
  • Give calibration sessions with the team leader production teams
  • Ensure the accuracy of ratings and reduce any discrepancies
  • Debrief tappings, feedback or process errors issued by the client
  • Coach, support advisors on processes, call quality

ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration
  • Native German speakers and fluent in English 
  • Experience in contact center or customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • High level knowledge of Windows/MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously/independently
