As a Hotel Contracts Executive you’ll be responsible of contracting, developing and establishing the best possible relationships with our hotel suppliers, ensuring the product is negotiated with the best conditions as well as identify new product trends and expand product portfolio.

  • Expand hotel portfolio identifying new opportunities, analyzing hotel market in destination
  • Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms and conditions for hotels, self-catering or serviced apartments ensuring the best available rates and availability for our clients
  • Assist and support major clients with their onsite visits and contracting, proposing new hotels, and defining new opportunities, in collaboration with the Commercial Team
  • Assist and support the local team, by liaising between our main client reps and administrators, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem solving
  • Assist our clients for add hock requirements such as, additional room inventory , stop sales, special offers, etc, in collaboration with the Reservations Team
  • Act as the face to face key point contact for hoteliers, while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with them
  • Identify the new product trends, define opportunities, expand and develop the existing portfolio, introduce innovative ideas
  • Ensure our best conditions in the market at any time comparing our hotels’ rates and conditions with the relevant conditions of our different competitors

  • Experience in Hotel contracting and sales or similar
  • Good knowledge of hotels and tourism market in the destination, experience in the local travel industry, preferably local resident
  • Commercial profile with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines
  • You are able to work timely, efficient and precisely. You are a high quality decisions maker, even when working under pressure
  • Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & prioritize
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem solving skills
  • Professional behaviour & excellent communication & interpersonal skills face to face
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, any additional languages will be an advantage
