Human Resources Business Partner (REF: HR01)

The Role:  

Our Team is expanding and we’re seeking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will devise strategies for performance evaluation, recruiting, development, compensation and benefits etc. and provide sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

The role would suit a passionate HRBP, highly-driven individual, who will enable the organization to more effectively achieve its business objectives while being a strategic HR adviser and will be able to maintain and ensure HR compliance while steering new competitive HR projects. This is a fast-paced opportunity, and each day is different!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Supporting the human factor in the company by creating strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Develop, Implement & Manage policies, procedures, salary & bonus review, appraisals etc
  • Developing & overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Overseeing and reviewing payroll in collaboration with external provider
  • Serving as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
  • Communicating company’s vision, mission and values with the purpose to enhance employees’ alignment and engagement
  • Ensuring managers’ and employees’ compliance with company policies and procedures and governmental regulations
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues
  • Dealing with grievances and violations proceeding to disciplinary action when required
  • Anticipating and resolving any litigation risks
  • Work with line managers to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
  • Conduct Recruitment full cycle
  • Participate in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment
  • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Keep up to date HR department records

ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ

So who are we looking for? 

In order to be successful in the above role you need to have:

  • 5+ years of general Human Resources experience (preferred at HRBP level)
  • Bachelor in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant field (MA/MSc in HR an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of Greek employment legislation.
  • Very good  Employee relations experience
  • Fluency in Greek and English (verbal & written).  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Problem solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • Must have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Organizational and multi-tasking abilities in challenging environment.
  • Ability to be self-directed, organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Customer services oriented and attention to detail along with a commitment to quality.
  • Military Obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
  • Driving Licenses required.

Remuneration Package:

  • Full time job in an international fast growing company (No Freelancers or Agencies accepted)
